At Every Step Counts™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
